One of my absolute favourite dish. The sweet and sour chicken with a little bit of twist of Malaysian.

Step 1
1. Put the diced chicken into a bowl, marinate with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and pepper. Set it aside for 20minutes. Then dredge the chicken into the corn-starch and try to separate the chicken pieces, make sure every pieces are coat with the flour. Toss the excess flour out before fry.
Step 2
2. Heat the vegetable oil into about 180 degree, then put in the flour coated chicken pieces and deep fry for 4 to 5 minutes, until its turn golden brown, remove it from the oil and transfer to a paper towel to drained off the oil.
