Steps

Step 1

Whisk the plain Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, tandoori spice arrangement, and just the right quantity of salt in a bowl. This provides a marinade full of richness.

Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish. Pour the tandoori marinade over the salmon, ensuring it's fully coated. Use your hands to massage the marinade into the fish for better flavor penetration. Refrigerate the dish for at least fifteen minutes with a cover on. You can marinate for up to 4 hours if you have some extra time. Heat a skillet or grill to a medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of cooking oil to prevent sticking. Once hot, place the marinated salmon fillet on the grill or skillet. Grill or pan-sear the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Look for a charred and slightly crispy exterior.
