Steps

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, and lemon zest. Add a little teaspoon of salt and pepper to season the mixture.

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put the salmon fillet onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Drizzle the lemon juice over the salmon. Brush the melted butter over the salmon to ensure the panko mixture adheres. Press the panko mixture onto the top of the salmon fillet, creating an even crust.
