Step 1
Firstly, you will cook the noodles following pack instructions. Then, you will heat half the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the beef over high heat for around 30 seconds until the beef is nicely browned. Then you will tip it onto a plate and set this aside. Add the remaining oil to the wok. Furthermore, you will Stir-fry the onion and ginger until softened. Then you will add a drop of water to stop any burning, if needed, and cook covered for 2-3 mins.
Step 2
Then you will stir in the mushrooms and garlic to fry until they start to soften(around 3 mins). Then add the beansprouts and make sure to cook for a minute or two more until they are piping hot.
