Steps

Step 1

Cook the macaroni noodles in a big saucepan of boiling salted water. Set aside after draining and tossing with olive oil to keep from sticking.

Step 2

A small saucepan of water should be brought to a slow boil. After adding the lobster tails, heat for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and the shells are a bright red colour. After allowing them to cool somewhat, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and remove it from the shells. Put aside.
