Steps

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped napa cabbage, mushrooms, grated carrots, minced garlic, and optional minced ginger. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to the vegetable mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2

Lay out one vegan dumpling wrapper at a time. Place a teaspoon of the prepared filling in the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water to help seal the potstickers. Fold the wrapper in half to create a semicircle, then pinch and pleat the edges to seal the potsticker. You can choose to create different pleat designs for added flair.
