Turkey and Vegetable Skewers

These simple and healthful turkey and vegetable skewers are ideal for a weekend BBQ or a tasty weekday Gout supper. Delicious tender turkey, colorful bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion come together to make a meal that's not only tasty but also looks great. Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine the turkey cubes, red bell pepper chunks, zucchini slices, and red onion wedges. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the mixture and drizzle with olive oil. For an even coat, toss.

Step 2

Thread the marinated turkey and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the different ingredients. Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until the turkey is cooked through and the vegetables are slightly charred and tender.

Step 3

After taking the skewers from the grill, give them some time to rest. Serve the Turkey and Vegetable Skewers hot, garnished with your favourite herbs or a squeeze of lemon if desired. Enjoy!
