Steps

Step 1

Firstly, In a pan, warm up some cooking oil over medium heat. To the pan, add two to three tablespoons of green curry paste. The paste should become fragrant after a minute or two of stirring and sautéing.

Step 2

Secondly, you will put the prawns in the pan and cook them for two to three minutes, or until they are opaque and pink. Add the mixed veggies and, if using, the leaves from the kaffir lime. Stir-fry the vegetables for a further two to three minutes, or until they start to get slightly tender.
