Steps

Step 1

Wrap the tofu block in paper towels, place it on a plate, and top with a heavy object. Let it press for 16 minutes. Once stuffed, cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

Step 2

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a big pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the tofu cubes and stir-fry until light brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Release the tofu from the pan and put aside.
