Rich smoked salmon and fluffy cream cheese blend to produce an easy and delicious appetiser named smoked salmon scones. The addition of red onion and fresh dill provides a burst of flavor and freshness

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Roasted baguette or French bread portions need to be placed in a baking pan and baked for five to seven minutes, or until they are crispy and have a light brown colour. You can brush them with a little olive oil before toasting for added flavor.

Step 3

While the bread is toasting, thinly slice the red onion and set it aside.Once the bread is ready , keep it to cool.

Step 4

To assemble the crostini, spread a layer of cream cheese on each toasted bread slice. Top with smoked salmon slices and a few slices of red onion. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
