Salmon and Broccoli Foil Pack

With just a little preparation, this salmon and broccoli foil pack is a quick and nutritious dinner. Sealed in moisture, the foil bag guarantees succulent salmon and crisply cooked broccoli.

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Cut four large sheets of aluminium foil. Place a salmon fillet in the centre of each foil sheet. Divide the broccoli florets evenly among the packets.

Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over each salmon fillet and broccoli.

Step 4

Fold the foil over the salmon and broccoli, creating a sealed packet. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-22 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and shards quickly with a fork.

Step 5
