This is a colourful rainbow pizza recipe full of fresh flavours – guaranteed to please even fussy eaters

Step 1

Set the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C) on gas 4. Slide every pizza base into a baking sheet with half of the passata on each. Arrange the broccoli and, if using, the olives on top of the tomatoes, putting them in multicoloured rings or wedges. Once the mozzarella cherries (bocconcini) are almost squshed, spread them over the pizzas and drizzle one tablespoon of pesto over each.

Step 2

Bake for 15-20 mins or until the top is bubbling and just starting to brown a little. Scatter over the basil leaves before serving.
