Steps

Step 1

First, you will In a deep fryer, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat. Fry the paneer cubes for five minutes, flipping them frequently, until golden brown on all sides. Using tongs, remove and place on a kitchen paper-lined plate.

Step 2

After that, you Add the garlic, ginger, and onion to a food processor along with a small amount of water, and process until very smooth. In the frying pan, preheat the remaining oil over medium-low heat. Fry for ten minutes, or until gently browned, after adding the onion mixture and a little teaspoon of salt. Fry for one minute after adding the cardamom and korma paste. Add the ground almonds and cook for one minute to create a thick mixture.

Step 3

After that, add the stock, simmer it for five to ten minutes, uncovered, or until it has somewhat decreased in volume. For five minutes, add the spinach to the sauce and heat. Mix in the paneer and yogurt, then season to taste. Serve hot naan flatbread or rice alongside
