Steps

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, minced ginger, and minced garlic. This is going to be your tasty finish.

Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes. Place the salmon cubes in a shallow dish and pour the miso glaze over them. Ensure each piece is well covered. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the salmon to marinate.
