Step 1

Mix the sliced chicken with miso paste, soy sauce, and grated ginger in a bowl. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Step 2

While the chicken is marinating, chop the mixed vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

On medium heat, heat the oil in a large wok. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 4-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and continue stir-frying for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
