Step 1

Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor or grate it using a box grater. until it resembles rice. Dice the bell peppers and red onion finely.

Step 2

Increase the temperature to medium in a nonstick skillet. Just enough oil should be added to coat the pan. Saute the red onion and diced bell peppers in the pan for three to four minutes, or until the veggies are tender.

Step 3

Move the sautéed veggies to the pan's side. To the pan's empty side, add the grated cauliflower. Season the cauliflower with salt, pepper, chilli powder, and cumin powder. After combining all the ingredients, simmer the cauliflower for a further five to seven minutes, or until it becomes soft and slightly crispy.

Step 4

The cauliflower mixture should be moved to a platter after it's cooked to your preference. Add some cheese or some fresh cilantro as a garnish, if desired
