In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, yogurt, oil, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, and salt.

Step 2

Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft and smooth dough. The amount of water needed may vary, so add it slowly to achieve the right consistency. It is not good to have the dough overly dry or sticky. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
