Step 1

Rinse and drain the black beans. If using frozen corn, thaw it. Dice the tomato, chop the red onion, and finely chop the cilantro.

Mixing Bowl: In a mixing bowl, mix the black beans, corn, diced tomato, chopped red onion, and cilantro. Add Lime Juice: Take one lime and squeeze its juice. Into the bowl. After tasting, adjust with salt and pepper. Mixture to taste. Combine All the ingredients gently and thoroughly until they are well blended. Marinate: Allow the salsa for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
