Step 1

Whisk the erythritol (if using), sesame oil, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Put aside. Cut the steak into thin slices and reserve.

Step 2

Adjust the flame in a skillet or wok to medium-high. The broccoli florets should be stir-fried for three to four minutes, or until they are crisp-tender and gently browned, after adding a small amount of cooking oil to the heated skillet. After cooking, remove the broccoli from the skillet and place it aside.

Step 3

If necessary, add a little additional oil to the same skillet before adding the meat slices. The beef should be stir-fried for two to three minutes, or until it has slightly browned and is no longer pink. Cooked broccoli should be added back to the skillet.

Step 4

Cover the steak and broccoli with the sauce mixture. Stir-fry for a further one to two minutes to ensure that the sauce is well coated over the steak and broccoli. If necessary, taste and adjust the seasoning. You may alter the required quantity of erythritol or soy sauce to your taste.
