Whisk the erythritol (if using), sesame oil, minced garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Put aside. Cut the steak into thin slices and reserve.

Step 2

Adjust the flame in a skillet or wok to medium-high. The broccoli florets should be stir-fried for three to four minutes, or until they are crisp-tender and gently browned, after adding a small amount of cooking oil to the heated skillet. After cooking, remove the broccoli from the skillet and place it aside.
