This delicious and easy to make Italian recipe has so much flavour and is perfect for those busy days in the week when you need to rustle up a quick and delicious meal to enjoy! This is a vegetarian, vegan, egg free and dairy free meal!

Step 1

Bring a large pan of well salted water to boil and cook the spaghetti for about 10 mins

Step 2

Furthermore, once the pasta is nearly ready, you will then heat the oil in a frying pan, set it over a medium heat and then sizzle the garlic and chilli, if using, for 1 minute until it is fragrant and the garlic is turning to a lightly golden colour.

Step 3

Then you will drain the spaghetti and make sure to add it to the garlicky oil with the parsley. Then you will season and toss to combine and ready to serve this dish.
