Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill

A wonderful dinner any day of the week may be prepared with this quick, simple, and appealing meal of grilled salmon with lemon and dill. This dish is easy to digest and rich in nutrients, making it suitable for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Step 1

Pat the salmon fillet dry with piece towels. Pour some olive oil over the salmon and make sure it coats all of it. To taste, add salt and black pepper to both sides.

Step 2

Drizzle the salmon with the juice from half of the lemon. Sprinkle fresh chopped dill on top. Let the salmon marinate for 15 minutes if time permits.

Step 3

Set your grill's temperature to medium-high. The salmon fillet should be placed on the heating grill. The salmon should flake easily with a fork after 4 to 5 minutes of cooking on each side. For the final few minutes, add lemon slices to the grill for a little char and more flavour.

Step 4

Carefully remove the grilled salmon from the heat. If desired, squeeze some more lemon juice on top. Garnish with extra fresh dill. Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Dill!
