Goat Cheese Croquette with Honey, pear and Almonds

Description

The goat cheese croquette is a simple luxury dish for breakfast. And it is not difficult to try. Eat it like a tapas. Plate the croquette onto a pear slice, garnish with crushed almonds and drizzle with a generous amount of honey!

Steps

Step 1

Cut goat cheese into small loin cutlet (1 cm width)

Step 2

Heat oil in a cooking pot to 180 degrees celcius. Add pinch of salt and black pepper to ap flour.

Step 3

Coat each goat cheese cutlet with ap flour, egg, and then parkour crumbs. Fry the cheese croquettes for about 5 mins or until the croquettes become golden brown.

Step 4

Cool down on a rack for about 2 mins. Tap oil away with paper towel.

For presentation, add a slice of pear as the base. Then put the croquette on top. Garnish it with crushed almonds and drizzle with a generous amount of honey. And it’s done!
