This quick and scrumptious egg salad with German elements is an ideal option for a light lunch or snack. The aroma combination of fresh chives, zesty Dijon mustard, and creamy eggs is flavorful.

Step 1

First, boil the eggs really hard. Peel and cut them into little pieces after they have cooled.

Step 2

In a bowl, arrange the eggs, chopped chives, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Whenever the parts are carefully harmonious, carefully blend them all. To taste, add salt and pepper for flavouring.

Step 3

Spoon the egg salad mixture into the centre of each large lettuce leaf.
