Lay out the whole wheat or spinach tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the tuna and avocado combination evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in the centre of each one.

Tuck the flanks of each tortilla in towards the middle, then fold the bottom over the filling. Roll tightly from the base to form a wrap.

Step 4

Slice apiece wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Optionally, you can secure each wrap with toothpicks to hold them together.
