Step 1

If using store-bought dumplings, boil or steam them as directed on the packaging. If making the dumplings from scratch, cook them according to the recipe's instructions.

In a small bowl, combine the sesame oil, chilli oil, finely chopped green onions, and soy sauce. The amount of chilli oil should be adjusted to your personal taste in spiciness. Mix well to create a nice dipping sauce.
