Step 1

Firstly, you will need to tear the ham and the basil. Then you will heat a frying pan over medium heat. Make sure to dry-fry the ham until the ham is nice and crisp.

Then you will transfer to a plate with a slotted spoon. Add the sauce to the pan and cook for around 1-2 min. Then toss in the courgetti. Then you will cook for 1 minute more until warmed through.

Then divide between bowls and place on top of this meal the ham and basil.
