Step 1

The chicken breast should first be chopped into uniformly sized bite-sized pieces. Next, whisk the plain yoghurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, tikka masala spice blend again, and just a tiny pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Shake all of this together to obtain a creamy marinade. After the chicken pieces are in the bowl, add them and toss to coat them evenly in marinade.

Next, you should put the bowl in the refrigerator and cover it so that the chicken may marinade for at least 15 to 20 minutes. To enhance the flavor even more, marinade it for up to two hours. Next, preheat your grill pan, grill, or oven to medium-high heat. For around 20 minutes, soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning when cooking.
