Steps

Step 1

Prepare Beefless Filling: In a skillet, warm olive oil over medium heat. Include diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes till mellowed and fragrant. Include diced chime pepper to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes till marginally mellowed.

Step 2

Blend in cooked dark beans and textured vegetable protein (TVP), together with taco flavoring. Blend nicely to mix. Cook for 5-7 minutes, blending once in a while, until the TVP is warmed through and the flavors are well mixed.
