For this, first, take a bowl, add flour, butter and one spoon of salt in it, mix it and mash this mixture with the help of fingers until everything gets mixed well. After this, add 100 ml of cold water to the mixture and knead the dough. Until it becomes smooth. After this, cover this vessel with clingfilm and keep it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 2

To prepare the inner filling of the Beef and Chorizo ​​Empanadas, take a bowl, add the mince, onion, coriander, parsley, cumin, paprika and chilli flakes and mix everything well. Now take a pan and cook this mixture on low flame. And don't forget to add tomato puree to it for better taste.

Step 3

To bake the Beef Empanadas, heat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C), now make 4 balls of the dough, roll them out into very thin sheets and cut them using a 10cm biscuit cutter, now add 1 Fill a tablespoon of mixture prepared for the filling, wet the edges and press from both sides and fold in half to seal so that the mixture does not come out.You will have to use a fork to press the edges.
