You will first start by heating the oil in a saucepan. After frying the onion and peppers for seven minutes. Then add the garlic, chilli flakes and simmer for an additional minute. Simmer after adding the tomatoes, enormous couscous, and vegetable stock.
Step 2
Next Add the spinach and meatballs after seasoning to taste. Simmer until thoroughly cooked, 5 to 7 minutes. Spoon into bowls, then garnish with parmesan and basil, if desired.
