Steps

Step 1

To prepare the bulgur: Rinse 1 cup of bulgur in cold water and drain nicely. Bring the water to a boil in a pan. Add the washed bulgur, lessen the flame, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until soft and all the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it relax, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

Step 2

Prepare the fish: Season the fish fillets on both sides with salt, pepper, and a pinch of paprika. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium flame. Add the fish fillets and fry till cooked and flaky, 3-4 minutes per side. Take the dish out of the pan and keep it aside.
