· Fried the mince beef in the pan until its turn brown, add the sliced onion, chopped garlic when the onion and garlic is soft add 3 tablespoon gochujang paste, white pepper, soya sauce and 1/3 cup of water, simmer about 20 mins. Add the Sour Cream and stir through, add spring onion mixed 2 teaspoon Corn Flour with ¼ cup of water, slowly stir into the beef until the sauce is thicken.
Step 2
· Boiled the potato until soft, mash it with the potato masher, add butter, single cream, salt and pepper. Keep on mash it until it smooth. Add the cheddar cheese after.
