Steps

Step 1

A tiny amount of cooking oil should be heated over medium to high heat in a pan or skillet. Stir-fry the thinly sliced steak for two to three minutes in a skillet that is heated once the meat has become golden and cooked to your liking. Take out and set aside the steak from the pan.

Step 2

To the same pan, add the green curry paste. For the flavours to come through, cook, stirring, for about one minute. Next, add the coconut milk and stir to include it with the paste made of green curry. Once in the pan, add the bamboo shoots and bell peppers that have been sliced. The vegetables should be soft after 3–4 minutes of simmering, stirring occasionally.
