Steps

Step 1

Prepare the Vegetarian Sausage Filling: In a pan, warm olive oil over medium warmness. Add minced garlic and chopped onions, sautéing till the onions are translucent. Add finely grated carrots, chopped mushrooms, and cooked lentils to the pan. Season with dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Cook the combination till the vegetables are softened, and the flavors meld. Set apart to chill.

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
