1. Make your marinade by mixing the hoisin or oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and chinese five spice together 2. Cover your salmon in the marinade 3. Cook 80g rice as per instructions on the packet 4. Heat a saucepan to a high heat, then add your salmon skin side down 5. Cook the salmon fillet for 6 minutes on each side 6. Plate up your rice with a side of diced cucumber and kimchi if you have it 7. Once your salmon is cooked, plate up and cover with spring onion and sesame seeds
