Steps

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Thinly slice the half-green cabbage, ensuring uniform thickness for even roasting. Place the sliced cabbage in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes if you like it a bit spicy. Pour the garlic-Parmesan mixture over the sliced cabbage. Toss the cabbage until it is evenly coated with the mixture.

Spread the coated cabbage onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges of the cabbage are golden brown and crispy.

Step 4
