Steps

Step 1

Preheat oven to 150 degrees Cut tomatoes in half from top to bottom

Step 2

Place them in a baking tray or gastro seed side facing up. Liberally coat the top of each on with oil, sprinkle with the sea salt and oregano. Place in oven

Step 3

After the cooking time make sure they have semi dried out. Add to salads or bruschetta for intense tomato flavours
