Steps

Step 1

Firstly use a wok to heat the oil. Then add the onion and cook for 3-4 mins to make sure the onion has softened and is partially caramelized. Then you will add the garlic and stir for around 1 minute to mix in well. Put your chicken goujons in the oven and follow instructions on the packet to cook the chicken goujons.

Step 2

Then you will toss in the carrot and cabbage and cook for 1-2 mins. Then you will add the rice and stir to warm through properly. Then you will pour in the fish sauce, soy sauce and seasoning. Furthermore, you will then make a well in the centre of the wok and crack in the egg. Then you will fry until the white is nearly set.

Step 3

Use the large bowl to serve rice. Once your chicken goujons are cooked cut them up and put into the rice bowl. Top the chicken goujons with the fried egg, cabbage and carrots. To finish it off drizzle with chilli sauce on top of the meal. Enjoy this tasteful dish!
