Step 1

Firstly, you will heat a pan or wok to medium heat and add chicken thighs to sizzle until pink meat starts to cook.

Step 2

Stir into the pan the gochujang, soy sauce, sweet rice wine, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger.

Step 3

Continue to stir the ingredients in the pan until the sauce has thickened and is bubbly. Cook your rice and top with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy!
