Steps

Step 1

· Fried the mince beef in the pan until its turn brown, add the sliced onion, chopped garlic when the onion and garlic is soft add 3 tablespoon gochujang paste, white pepper, soya sauce and 1/3 cup of water, simmer about 20 mins. Add the Sour Cream and stir through, add spring onion mixed 2 teaspoon Corn Flour with ¼ cup of water, slowly stir into the beef until the sauce is thicken.

Step 2

· Boiled the potato until soft, mash it with the potato masher, add butter, single cream, salt and pepper. Keep on mash it until it smooth. Add the cheddar cheese after.

Step 3

· First layer the mince beef filling into the pie dish and use piping bag to squeeze the marsh potato on the top of the mince. Put it into the oven on the grilled setting for 10-15 mins until the mash is golden brown. Finally sprinkle with some chopped parsley for garnish.
