Steps

Step 1

Prepare the jackfruit: Drain the canned jackfruit and rinse beneath water to put off the excess salt. Using your fingers or a fork, cut the jackfruit into small pieces and at last remove all seeds.

Step 2

To saute the jackfruit: Heat the olive oil in a massive pot over medium warmth. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté until it’s tender, approximately 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped jackfruit to the pot together with the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir the jackfruit properly with the spices.
