Steps

Step 1

To make goulash pasta, first you have to prepare the steak meat masala. For this, take a big pan with a lid, add oil in it, heat it well, add finely chopped onion in it and fry till it becomes golden, now add minced meat in it but before that break the lumps with the help of wood. Stir with a spoon and add chilli and fry on low flame for five minutes.

Step 2

Now the steak mince has cooked for 5 minutes. Now add other ingredients: red capsicum, oregano, garlic, tomato, stock and tomato puree, cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. Remove the lid and see that all the ingredients have cooked. Now add the wholemeal penne and cook them in the masala again for 12 minutes or until they become soft. When it is cooked, turn off the gas, leave it for 5 minutes, and after it is completely cooked, divide the pasta in half into two plates and serve.

Step 3

Let the rest cool, then store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat until piping hot in a pan over low heat with a dash of water.
