Steps

Step 1

First, blend the rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl. After that, mix the oil and butter together in another sink.

Step 2

Heat a griddle pan across high heat when it's burning hot. Brush the oil and butter mixture all over the pork chops, season, and cook for 4-6 minutes, tossing the chops halfway through.

Step 3

The pork should be carefully taken out of the pan and placed onto a platter using tongs. After brushing the pork with the honey mixture on both sides, put it back in the pan and cook for a minute more on each side.

Step 4

Let the chops rest for a few minutes before serving, then spoon any pan juices over them. Finish with a parsley garnish, if desired.
