Steps

Step 1

Take a pan of heat oil in it, now add onion and fry till soft, then add chilli, ground coriander and cook for 1 minute. Now add lemon peel, green onion, spices and mix everything well.

Step 2

Next, spoon the mixture onto tortillas, top with mozzarella and cheddar and cover with another tortilla. Now take a pan and heat it on high flame, when the pan is hot, put the quesadilla in it and cook it for 2 minutes on one side, then turn it and cook for 2 minutes or till the mozzarella melts, now cut it into four pieces and serve it with sauce.
