Steps

Step 1

Grill at a temperature of 375°F, or 190°C. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.Chicken breast should be coated with flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 2

In a skillet that is ovensafe, preheat the olive oil over medium-high heat. The chicken should be golden brown on both sides. Expel the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. Within the same skillet, include minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Step 3

Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth and white wine, scratching up any browned bits. Stir in capers and lemon juice. Let the blend stew for 2-3 minutes. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon a few of the sauce over it.

Step 4

In a bowl, blend cooked penne pasta, chopped parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Put the chicken on best of the pasta blend within the skillet. Sprinkle destroyed mozzarella over the chicken. Exchange the skillet to the preheated broiler and heat for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is softened and bubbly.

Step 5

Optionally, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden brown top. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and serve your delicious Chicken Piccata Casserole.
