Steps

Step 1

Prepare the spice blend: In a small bowl, blend salt, black pepper, dried sage, dried thyme, dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if used) together. Mix properly so that the spices are evenly distributed.

Preparing the chicken mixture: Place the chicken in a big blending bowl. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the ground meat. Fry the sausages on each side for 5-7 minutes or till they are golden brown and cooked thoroughly. Use a meat thermometer to test that the inner temperature has reached 74°C (165°F).
