Description

This is a delicious burger, super easy to make and very tasty! Marinate the chicken thighs in buffalo sauce before cooking on the barbecue for sufficient, well-seasoned burgers. It is so delicious with the cool ranch slaw.

Steps

Step 1

Firstly, you will tip the chicken into a large bowl. Then you will mix the hot sauce with the paprika, the maple syrup, the vinegar, the garlic granules and the butter in a separate bowl. Then you will pour this over the chicken, toss, cover and chill overnight.

Step 2

Moreover, the next day, you will make the ranch slaw so to do this you will tip the cabbage, onion, celery, mayonnaise, soured cream, vinegar and chives into a medium bowl. You will season to taste and mix everything so it is is well-combined.

Step 3

Then you will light the barbecue. When the coals are ashen, you will put the chicken on the grill. Make sure to cook for 8 minutes on each side, basting with the leftover marinade. Alternatively, you can cook the chicken under a hot grill for 8-10 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade. When the chicken is cooked through, you will put half a slice of cheese on each piece and then leave to melt for around 1 minute. Then you will put two chicken thighs on the base of each bun, then make sure to spoon over some slaw and then sandwich with the bun tops.
